I’m Caleb, an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer.

But... how did I get here?

My Background

Before transitioning into instructional design, I served as an educator for almost 9 years. Working with young learners was amazing! However, the role of being a “teacher” wasn’t enough for me anymore. Even though I became an expert at creating engaging experiences for diverse learning styles, my passion for teaching was drying up and I knew it was time for a change.

With a masters degree in Learning Design & Technology, specializing in Instructional Design, I’ve gained high-level training in developing, designing, and evaluating experiences to ensure all learning gaps are addressed and minimized.

Having experience in a career centered around people allowed me to establish superb people skills that assist with collaboration, networking, and simply developing healthy relationships. My educational background has prepared me for conversations with stakeholders, to understand performance goals, and to facilitate trainings in various settings.

The best part about all of this is I do it while having fun! Who said learning couldn’t be fun? I make it my mission to put the learners’ first and create innovative approaches to my projects. When I’m not working, I love going to basketball and football games, traveling to beaches, and volunteering my time with kids. So, if you’re ready to chat, let’s do it!
